Some of our products are ideal for Educational purposes and are robust enough to cope with being played daily. Over the years we have worked closely with schools, colleges and universities as well as private learning and music groups.

Do you manufacture Enya guitars?
No! We import and distribute Enya guitars and Ukuleles in the UK.

Do you sell to everyone?
We are a trade distributor and reseller. Our fantastic network of shops in the UK sell to consumers. You can buy consumer products through our website but our authorised dealers have access to exclusive products.

I have a question about my Enya instrument, what should I do?
If purchased via one of our authorised resellers, contact them directly and they'll look after your enquiry. If bought from our website, contact us through the form on our contact page.

Do you sell to Amazon?
No. Amazon is not one of our UK dealers.

A product I want is showing as out of stock. What should I do?
We have regular shipments from Enya Music with a variety of Guitars and Ukuleles on. Get in touch and we'll let you know if it's on the next order.

What's the warranty on Enya products?
The Enya warranty is for 12 months from purchase. The warranty is for the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use. Accessories in bundle packages are not covered.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
As we're a trade distributor we don't have a shop that's open 24/7. We have a showroom in Batley, West Yorkshire, which is open by appointment only.

I can see the product I want but I can't buy it online. Where can I buy it?
Products that are available to buy on our website are consumer products but the majority have to go via our network of dealers.
